I'm sorry that there is no rhyme, reason or coherency to the order of the pictures, blogger doesn't make it easy to put pictures in any sort of order.

The house was built in 1969, but the interior has been completely brought up to date. It is 2050+ sq. ft. on 2 acres. This is NOT in a subdivision. In Fayetteville city limits and Farmington School district (actually about 1 1/2 miles from Pop Williams Elementary). Our asking price is $194,900, but any reasonable offer will be considered.

Also, some things that I didn't post pictures of are the utility/laundry room (this room is huge, and there are 2 closets in it too); formal entryway; a carport (3 car); a large storage shed (12'x16'); a well (on city water, but there is a well, although it needs a new pump); and a small pole shed (we use it for storing the riding lawn mower).

All trees on the property are mature and include a gorgeous HUGE Maple (we actually had people stop on the street to take pictures of it this fall), Redbud, Pines, Oaks, Plums (are fruit-bearing), and more.
